Your Wax Specialist will then greet you and escort you to a private, sanitized waxing suite. Every specialist completes our in-house training program before seeing clients — you're in excellent hands.
Your Wax Specialist will ask you to remove your clothing from the waist down before getting on the bed. This keeps wax away from your garments and allows for a smooth, uninterrupted session. No need to feel shy — we do this every day.
Your Wax Specialist follows a thoughtful approach designed to keep your skin clean, comfortable, and protected throughout your waxing session, with gentle care before and after your wax.
We start by cleansing the area with our water- and alcohol-based antiseptic infused with lavender essence — removing any traces of oils, lotions, or residue so the wax can grip the hair cleanly.
We then apply our soothing pre-wax mineral oil with sweet almond extracts and a hint of lavender. It creates a protective barrier so the wax adheres to the hair — not the skin — for a more comfortable experience.
We use our exclusive stripless hard wax applied at a warm, comfortable temperature. It wraps around each hair, then cools and firms on the skin, so it lifts away cleanly without the need for cloth strips.
We finish by applying our post-wax hydrating serum with cucumber extract to calm the skin, reduce redness, and leave the area feeling smooth and refreshed.
